Nathalie is wonderful!! Very friendly and reassuring. She knew how to help me hold my cat to lessen the stress on both of us! Would 100% recommended to anyone with a cat!

Had an appointment with Nathalie this morning to de-mat my long haired kitty who has quite the attitude(!). Nathalie was so calm and had many good tricks up her sleeve to make the process less stressful and she got the job done with mad efficiency. I am thoroughly impressed and with her tips on how to groom my cat going forward, I now feel much more confident. Cannot recommend her highly enough and will definitely be booking in again as and when needed. Thanks so much :)

Thank you so much Nathalie for doing such a great job with today's lion cut. I was worried about whether our nervy cat would tolerate being trimmed but Nathalie was so patient and brilliant with her. Will definitely book again!

Natalie is the very best!! I couldn't have wished for a more experienced, efficient but ultimately kind groomer for my very matted cat. She went above and beyond and I would not hesitate in recommending her ( only, she's the kind of special person that you want to keep secret and don't really want everyone to know about!.)
Anyhoo, Natalie is great. End of.

Nathalie is excellent, I couldn't have asked for a better service. She is so knowledgeable and extremely patient, even with my very nervous persian. I highly recommend Nathalie!

First time we've had our cat dematted at home - he is 6kg of fighting furball so we had visions of it being quite a fight, but Nathalie did a wonderful job of calming him down and introducing him to the tools etc, so in the end it was incredibly painless. Really pleased we found her, because we would have had to take him to the vet otherwise, and that would have been much more stressful.

Nathalie was truly amazing! I was nervous about stressing Peter out as he had what felt like a huge build up of matts on his chest and he's not the most accommodating when it comes to grooming. Although he wasn't the most willing, Nathalie has a lovely way about her and was able to calm him down and make the process as quick as possible so as not to stress him out. She also gave lots of useful tips for future grooming. If his matts become a problem again in the future I would 100% get in contact with Nathalie. Thanks again!

Had a great experience with Nathalie for our first appointment! She was so calm and friendly and helped to make not only my cat feel at ease, but myself too. She was very informative and gave me tips on how to attempt some grooming myself in future. 100% will be booking again next time our cat needs it. Thank you Nathalie!

My cats first grooming experience.
Natalie was brilliant, talked through the options and was very honest about the expectations of what can be achieved depending on my cat’s behaviour, both the results and how calm Natalie was able to keep him surpassed my expectations . See you soon and thank you so much!

Absolutely fantastic service from Natalie this afternoon. Thank you so much for getting rid of the huge knotts & matting Pumpkin had. You made it look so easy. Would definitely recommend you and perfect that you came to us so Pumpkin didn't get stressed by a car journey.
Thanks again
